TCA Alumni Volleyball - September 14, 2007
Tri-City Christian Academy's alumni volleyball game on Friday, September 14 reunited alumni and encouraged fellowship with TCA's athletes. It was a fun game, but challenging as well. 14 alumni participated, the oldest being a 1994 graduate with the youngest being a 2007 graduate. Game highlights included the alumni crushing the TCA squad in game 2, a great block in game 3 from Kari Kufrin from the TCA team, and for the first time a pregnant alumni player: Kristi Gephart. The greatest moment from the game was when Mr. DeGraw, TCA's volleyball coach, was taunting the alumni team and his alumni daughter, Christa Roberts, served the ball at the TCA bench. Final score: TCA 3 Alumni 1 (25-20, 11-25, 25-22, 27-25).
