40 Days for Life Prayer Vigil
- March 17, 2012

Tri-City Baptist Church members provided a prayer presence on the sidewalk outside the Chandler Health Clinic/Planned Parenthood for ten hours last Saturday. The prayer vigil was part of this spring's 40 Days for Life campaign, a nation-wide effort to petition the Lord for an end to abortion.

Since the campaign began on February 22, 363 babies have been saved around the world. To read more incredible stories about how God has worked during this year's campaign, visit www.40daysforlife.com. Patty Anderson, who organized Tri-City's prayer vigil, said, "We were all blessed to be part of God's work, something so vitally important, while we still have the right to pray openly."

The prayer vigil goes through April 1, so even if you missed Tri-City's day to pray, you can still participate; visit www.40daysforlife.com to sign up for a time slot. The next 40 Days for Life campaign will be held this fall from September 26 to November 4.
