Nursery

"Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward." Psalm 127:3

We strive to care for children and parents as the Lord would have us do. We have great volunteers who staff our rooms, each having completed a background check prior to serving in the nursery ministry. We are concerned about the welfare and safety of your little ones and genuinely desire to minister to you and your child.

• Sunday mornings - available to newborns through 3 years of age
• Sunday evenings - available for newborns through 2 years of age
  (AWANA program offers a class for 3-year-olds)
• Wednesday evenings - available for newborns through 3 years of age

Our Purpose

To help each child:

1. Form their first impression of God, Jesus, the Bible, and church with a positive attitude
2. Begin to recognize Jesus as a Savior and friend who loves them
3. Think of church as their church, a place where people love them
4. Develop the right view of God, self, and others
5. Practice sharing, communicating, and responding to other children in appropriate ways
6. Learn to honor authority

To help each family:

1. By strengthening the cooperation between church and home
2. By meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the child
3. By making church a pleasant experience for parents and children
4. By ministering to the spiritual needs of the parent by allowing them to attend the services without being concerned about their child’s welfare
