Kindergarten Graduation - May 18, 2010

The year spent in kindergarten lays important foundations for the rest of the student's school experience. Students learn to read and write, how to spell and do math, and simply how to behave in a classroom. It is a year of changes and growth, and it is fitting that at the end of the year, the kindergartners receive honor for their hard work and progress.

This year fourteen Tri-City Christian Academy kindergartners donned caps and gowns for their graduation on May 18, 2010. The K3 and K4 classes participated in a special program along with the K5 class.

The program was designed to show what the students had learned throughout the year. They recited the pledges to the American and Christian flags and the Bible, sang several songs, and displayed many things they learned from the Bible and what it teaches. In addition to that, the students showcased classroom knowledge they had gained. The K3 and K4 classes each sang two songs and recited a verse as they participated in the program.
