TCA Starts New K3 Class

Beginning in Fall 2009, Tri-City Christian Academy will offer a new K3 class.

TCA currently enrolls 4-year-olds in a structured academic K4 setting. With the opening of its new K3 class, TCA will now be able to offer parents a choice for the type of kindergarten class their child will attend. This new K3 class will provide a semi-academic environment for three- and four-year-olds with an emphasis on free play, kindergarten readiness exercises, and academic activities. This alternative is for three-year-olds who are planning to attend K4 next year or four-year-olds who may need extra time to prepare for K5.

The tuition is based on an eight hour day (7:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.) and is the same as K4 and K5. Class begins at 8:05 a.m. each day, Monday through Friday.

There will be before and after school care available for $4.00 per hour. Before school care begins as early as 6:30 a.m. and ends at 7:30 a.m. After school care will start at 3:30 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. each day.

Lunches can be purchased or you may also pack your child's lunch. You will need to provide your child with morning and afternoon snacks.
