The Enrollment Process

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the TCA Office.

1. Apply for the TOPS Corporate Scholarship

All students who are new to Tri-City Christian Academy (TCA) or who are entering K5, should visit the TOPS for Kids website and apply for the Corporate Scholarship. This scholarship is available only to families before their child begins attending our school. Once the child has begun attending TCA, he automatically becomes ineligible for the scholarship. The requirements of the scholarship are posted on the TOPS for Kids website.

2. Submit filled-out registration forms to TCA

Application

This form must be signed by both parents, if possible, and by the student. If you are enrolling more than one child, you must complete a separate application for each child.

Maricopa County Private School Affidavit of Intent

We are required to inform Maricopa County of all students who attend our school. If you are brand new to TCA, please complete the student information and guardian information. Please do not sign this form until you are in front of a Notary Public. We have three notaries on our campus that would be happy to assist you. We do not charge a notary fee.

Emergency Information

It is very important that you complete the front and the back of this form. Please do not sign this form until you are in front of a Notary Public.

Immunization Requirements

All students entering TCA must provide immunization records upon registration. The requirements are outlined on the information provided. Exemption forms are available if you so desire.

3. Pay Enrollment Fee

An enrollment fee of $200 per child is due upon registration.

4. Get a personalized billing worksheet

The Tuition Rates and Policies document below can be used to help assist you in calculating your annual tuition cost. An individualized billing worksheet will be prepared for you when you turn in your Application, Affidavit of Intent, Emergency Information, and Immunization Records.

5. Get Physical Form Completed

The Physical Examination form must be completed by your family physician. It must be submitted to TCA on or before the first day of school, but it is not required to be submitted upon registration.
