
Tuition and room and board may be paid by the year. All students are encouraged to explore options with the Financial Aid Office on structuring payments to assure that these and other obligations are met in a timely manner.
Tuition and/or room and board is payable at the beginning of the semester. On Registration Day, all fees and one-fourth of tuition, room, and board are due as the first payment. The remainder is due in three equal payments on the 15th of each subsequent month. Tuition, room, and board may also be paid by the year. No student will receive a grade report or a transcript until his/her school bill is paid up to date. Students whose accounts are more than one month in arrears may not continue enrollment without written permission from the administration.
The Christmas holidays and spring break are not included in the regular academic year. Any residence hall student remaining on campus during these vacation days will be charged for his/her room and board.
