IBC Fine Arts Camps

Dress for IBC Fine Arts Camps

Guys - Knee-length shorts or loose fitting pants. For concerts a collared shirt and tie, dress pants, and dress shoes will be worn. Grades 1–6 do not need to wear a tie.

Girls - Knee-length shorts or loose fitting pants. All clothing must come at least to the knee and not be tight-fitting. For concerts a skirt or dress will be worn.

What to Bring

Proof of medical insurance, indoor and outdoor shoes, socks, towel, soap, sleeping bag, pillow, notebook, Bible, pencil. Please mark all personal items with camper's name.

To get the most from their camp instructors, campers should feel free to bring any music they are currently studying.

Do Not Bring...

MP3 players, headphones, fireworks, knives, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products. Violators will be subject to dismissal. Cell phones will be turned into camp staff at registration but will be accessible for emergency calls.

Snack Window

The Snack Window will be available at select times for drink and snack purchases.

Summer Enrichment

Late-stay and early arrival childcare is available on campus through Summer Enrichment. Campers attending Discover Music! Camp for Kids may choose to enroll in the Summer Enrichment program for their afternoon activities.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Payment will be refunded only if cancellation is received 10 or more days before the beginning of the camp. There is no refund for cancellations made after the 10-day notice period has expired. The pre-registration cost of $30 is non-refundable. If the requested camp is full, we will issue a complete refund or place your name on a waiting list.
