
The Associate of Arts in Bible and Christian Service is designed to meet the needs of students who wish to enroll in a two-year program that will prepare them to serve in supporting ministries in a local church. It also provides a solid foundation for those who desire to pursue non-ministry vocations. This program requires the following minimums in core classes: Bible and Theology, 21 hours; General Education, 21 hours; Christian Service Core, 7 hours; and Christian Service Methods, 15 hours. It may be completed in four semesters and two January term sessions. The student must have a GPA of 2.0 or better to graduate.
The mission of the Associate of Arts program at International Baptist College is to equip students to effectively serve in supporting roles in local churches although their vocation may not be in areas of full-time ministry.
